Use of EasyFix Tools' services is governed by our [Terms of Service], which incorporate this Copyright Dispute Policy by reference. Any capitalized terms not defined here shall carry the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our website or services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent), please submit a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the material that is allegedly infringing, including its location on our website or service;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address);
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice
Once we receive a properly formatted and valid DMCA notice, EasyFix Tools may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user or content provider responsible for the material;
- Terminate user access or accounts for repeat or flagrant violations, at our sole discretion.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice and you believe this action was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its location prior to removal;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed in error or was misidentified;
- Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email);
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal district (or, if located outside the UK, the jurisdiction of the courts where EasyFix Tools is based), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
4. After Receiving a Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, EasyFix Tools may:
- Forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party; and
- Inform them that the content in question may be reinstated within 10–14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed legal action to prevent such restoration.
If no legal action is initiated, we may restore the content or lift any restrictions after this period, at our discretion.
