EasyFix Tools Return Policy

At EasyFix Tools, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your return

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Exchanges

Need a different item or size?
The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
