By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth transaction and mutual understanding between you (the customer) and us (EasyFix Tools).

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will:

  • Fulfill the rest of your order, and
  • Contact you with the option to receive a refund for the missing item or to wait for restocking.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are final and charged at the time of purchase.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Is in resellable condition

Note:

  • Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once received and approved, we will issue a store credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of receiving your item. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping in advance. Once the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse return shipping expenses. Resolution options include:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A store credit
  • A replacement product (subject to availability)

Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping Times

  • Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (£15): 3–4 business days
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days

4.2 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

4.3 Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize delays during busy periods.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may update your delivery address anytime before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with any changes.

4.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

We ship to P.O. boxes via standard postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Address Deliveries

We can ship to military addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery is not supported for these locations.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

Items in stock will be shipped immediately. Backordered items will be dispatched once restocked.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier to investigate the delay.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status in real-time through the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If accepted while unattended, please reach out to our customer service team for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All product prices displayed on our website include applicable sales tax.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

EasyFix Tools currently does not offer international shipping. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, any applicable import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Note:
Refusing to pay customs duties will result in the package being returned. Refunds in such cases will cover the product value only, excluding original and return shipping charges.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us directly. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for further guidance.

9. Insurance

All orders are insured for loss and damage up to the declared value provided by the courier.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is confirmed as damaged by the courier, we will issue a refund or replacement, as preferred.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If the courier confirms your order as lost, we will issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
